„"At the registration desk they forget to write down the term for you." I've already had my term rescheduled 3 times! Because they forgot to record it in the computer. If you are not German (a foreigner like me) you will be treated horribly and like an animal. I never got to dental treatment! Despite the fact that the Doctor told me that in case of problems with a temporary tooth filling, I can contact the registrar and ask to come and talk to her personally in case of problems. But the registrar simply sends me to hell and transfers the term to new dates! The tooth was never cured, I just lost 3 months waiting for the ever-transferable term. Complete unprofessionalism! And an aggressive attitude towards foreigners, even if you come with a translator. I still don’t believe that my next term will take place. P.S. If anything, I will update my review depending on how the clinic reacts to it UPD! Also, after writing a review on Google maps, I was denied any services from this clinic. Because the woman at the reception desk turned out to hate foreigners.“

„I do not recommend at all. I went for a normal check, but after their check and filling, I am not feeling well. My teeth hurt now every time i eat or drink , If I went again to them , they would have made it worst. I doubt that they are well trained. They do not deserve one start.....“

„Very UNFRIENDLY and RUDE assistants unlike the dentist who is very sympatic and qualified. If you are more than 4 minutes late for your appointment (for whatever reason), they simply cancel it without regarding your health condition and behave to you in the ruddest way possible, intending to teach you a lesson(coming late) rather than find with you a quick compromise. The assistants also allow themselves to mock your level of German FACE-to-FACE, which is both racist and unfriendly. At the end, you understand that these people are simply hating to sit behind that desk for long hours, and that they desperatly seek moments to make themselves feel powerful or worth something. I DO NOT recommend it for international students or foreign people.“
